Tie-up Model Structure

One dedicated counselor (Career Coach) will be provided who will work with Students and Teaching staff and HighLeap Consultant team

We recommend students start in the third year so they are better prepared for the jobs.

Activities will be designed and assigned by career coach to students and tracked by student leads as well as teaching staff

There are online exams via EagleLeap portal, every alternate day 30 mins online exam will be published on technical as well as quantitative aptitude.


Based on interest areas training/workshop will be arranged for the students every 2 months. Every workshop/training will be followed by a practical assignment which students need to submit to us and it will be evaluated, rated and certificate will be issued based on the performance in the assignment

Each student’s profile will be maintained with performance milestones. These profiles will be shared with companies who can recruit based on the performance of an individual.

Students profiles will be shared with partner companies for an internship, based on their selection criteria students will be selected for an internship. Preference will be given to final year students first and then third-year students.

The career coach will select 3 teams for sponsorship project (can be more based on the requirements and availability), sponsorship and guidance will be provided by respective companies technical team.
